    What else would LNK be negotiating with Waystone Group other than price and payment terms?
    My estimate sale price of LFS UK is between $150m to $200m. And payable in instalments. There would likely be another $100m to $200m from insurance cover as top up for the
    Woodford compensation fund.
    Hope there is a deal soon.
