    Nice to finally receive an update as to the reason behind the delay. Bring on completion.

    Obviously we will not be privy to when the necessary documentation gets lodged and any delays this may occur with ASX and ASIC. The real question beingm what will be the timing of the approval/release of the prospectus by ASIC.
