Effective date of Capital Return is tomorrow. The market is saying this company and its assets are effectively worth only one tenth of one cent per share more than what they are intending to return in cash to shareholders. This is laughable, so coupled with the wider macro meltdown it seems a certainty that YET ANOTHER delay announcement is coming tonight/tomorrow pre-market.
All while the gulf between the USD in which this company earns and the AUD in which it returns (...if it ever returns) grows wider. What a ludicrous situation board and management has put shareholders in with this ATO delay nonsense since October 2023. It's not a delay, it's a stringalong. The board needs to make some decisions for a change.
