hmm not sure I'm following you ? If OEL extends an offer to all shareholders for a partial buyback at a price above spot and everyone tends their shares, and then the company cancels the shares - in the end everybody's share of ownership is unchanged, same for Molton Holdings as for everyone else.
well there is probably a good reason this can't work, just curious why.
