If you look at opening volume today, one minute it says ~290K shares were traded, the next its only 50K. These games need to stop because it's looking to me increasingly like the company and its advisors are imo either completely incompetent or they are engaged in some sort of deliberate unfair play. This shifting CR deadline on a tinpot issuer like Otto is now completely incomprehensible.
