I'll believe it when I see it. The opportunity cost of holding this price-controlled trashcan has been extraordinary. Hopefully it pumps on D day and I can take my capital to a company that knows what it is doing and has management & advisors that deliver results rather than delays. Let's also hope the ruling is favourable for a CR and it does not end up an unfranked divi instead. Good luck to all ancient holders!
