It's funny how different things look depending on who is looking at it. I actually believe they stuffed the first whole hence why the second was sent away first and received first. If you look at the easting and northing of both of the hole 1 charts they are slightly different and the dip of the holes is a whole 5deg different which is actually quite alot. To me this says they drilled the 140m in the wrong spot and at the wrong strike and dip so they continued on until the Geo could tell them exactly where and how to drill that hole.
