If we are talking about a takeover of AVZ, then why is there no competing mega bids for mining companies by two or more Chinese companies?
The reason is that it's likely any bid for a FOE is approved first by Chinese gov. If there are multiple bidders then the gov decides who will bid. Competing bids don't benefit china.
So once a Chinese company bids for AVZ I can't see another Chinese or non Chinese company bidding.
No problems with air guide but they are singing from their own song book in this.
