I must say it takes some serious business nous to write that sort of announcement and not descend into derogatory statements against PB.

Clean and tidy. Professional.

I'm still sitting on the sidelines with this one until the dust settles from the cleanout. But these sorts of anns are refreshing.
GW is a tick. The funding can has been kicked down the road a little.
The fundamentals of the project in this current economic climate still a question mark.

I suspect the intricacy and complexity of this project has become far too convoluted and complex over time that it is not economically viable (or exceedingly difficult to get all the moving parts together concurrently).

A streamlined and more basic approach perhaps needed. The quickest way to getting a shovel in the ground is always the best. PB was never going to get it done. Lets see what GW can come up with.
