So the share plans were due at the end of 2018, and the directors had not been able to make up their mind and prepare the resources to decide whether or not they would take up the plans before that.
After 2018, they then decided to wait for 04 months to sell the shares to a major shareholder, "coincidentally" during the time the share price reached it's recent lowest. Please tell me such selling was not planned and coordinated.
If shareholders' benefits are truly at the top of their mind, I have no explanation for such course of actions.
