    This should not lead to dilution as this merely reduces the holdings that were in the names of the respective Directors. I'm not happy about this transaction but I will hold off for now on judging the rationale. I can only assume that Vimson will play a key stake in the remaining offtake(s) as well as equity funding (which I hope will not be required but if it is, hoping this will be a JV at project level).
