    Vimson now hold the company by the balls with no requirement to execute an offtake or take up a cornerstone position, and certainly no incentive to do so at a reasonable price for shareholders.

    I wonder if SMS are happy with this or if they get just as shitty about it? Presumably, they would have been offered to $1.2m worth of shares first...
