It seems to me that VINSOM are lining up to take a position. By taking the 10% issue and this off load from the "Share plan" they are getting bargain basement issues. Should the share price rise in a real way before FID and finance is announced and VINSOM takes an equity position as a component of overall finance then these issues simply avarage down their overall SP entry. These boys are playing for a bigger piece of the pie, the question is what is the price? And will they steadfast hold or manipulate the SP with their current holding?
