Go to the TNG website,investor centre,asx announcements,then scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 2012 announcements.Open the announcement titled 'change of directors interst notice PB dated 29-11-12. As well as the AMENDED 3B from the 28-11-12.This is the 6,000,000 shares issued to him as part of the plan @ the price of $0.0847 per share.These were paid for by an interest free loan from the company for 5 years,which was extended at the AGM in 2017 for 1 further year.At the end of the term the director has to either pay back the loan or the shares are sold and the proceeds go to the company to satisfy the loan.More shares were issued in 2013,paid for by a loan,which both PB and RT have elected to pay back(albeit late)and retain those shares.More share were issued in 2014 paid by another loan which became payable by RT upon ceasing to be a director and he has chosen to sell these and not self fund the loan.
