looks like the price has increased significantly.
I will not that when this was first mentioned years ago it was just an IX plant. At some point it became Bionex with the addition of the bioclens technology.
I guess (hope), that CNQ convinced TCC they needed the bioclens tech and that change to the tender required TCC to create a new tender and increase the price.
