This is a Geat Deal for share holders, repay only $154 million on assets valued at $213 million, take $26 million AJA has in cash off the $154 million ,leaves only $128 million or aprox 60% LVR needed to be refinanced , As good as it Gets , congradulations to management for a putting this deal together.
