the top 20 wanted more, Management has to take that under advice, for if the deal doesn’t close and they’ve p*ed off the top 20 - then it’s lights out.

awkward situation - but management got them into this situation after years of utter stupidity and greed care of past management - dilution and low sp is a killer for leverage.

they’ll be no announcement re: SVM, they’re still at table and now flexing to management.

management will now do the ring around to top 20 and try con them into 3c, I bet SVM will be “nice” enough to leave that deal on the table for mulling.

I trade commodities - this stuff happens daily with deal flow - all about leverage and optics.

sell and cut your losses, or buy and take 3c (eventually), but either way no one is listening to you (or my) minor % vote.
