Bidder committed now with the initial investment down - I anticipate that they’ll redo offer at 4c before the permit is announced and try get voter approval ASAP.
Otherwise if permit announced then market will pump it up over 4-5c and they’ll be “overpaying” from their viewpoint.
Let’s see, deal will get done but now looks unlikely it’ll be sub 4c offer price & no idea on timing or who’ll be ultimate suitable bidder.
Appears base price of 4c has now been established if anyone wants to take out MCB (unless CLA run out of cash and lose their leverage).
