It would be really ironic if SVM lose their bid for ORR and at the same time we secure a better deal than the one they gave us.
The ORR offer is also a really lowball one. SP is not matching the apparent value of the offer. Same pattern as what's happened here. I guess the market knows when it sees a lowball offer not likely to get past a vote by shareholders.
