As far as official announcements go, they came, they saw, and they offered ~4c for CLA. Whether or not they could afford to pay for the offer that they made is another question, and shouldn't have warranted the crazy market reaction we saw today.

And I'll also answer your old favourite question "show me other bidders". CLA has had MCB and other projects for years now. The SVM offer only came in a few months ago. There's a very good reason that this has only happened after so long, and it's not blind luck.

thinking they bit off more than they can chew is pretty rich. Svm has enough cash on hand to pay for Cla three times over at the offer.

greed killed this deal. The Svm offfer was low, but beggars can’t be choosers.
