All you folks crying over the 3c offer. Do you really feel like they were actually going to go through with the offer?
Look at the signs: extension after extension of exclusivity period, was never binding, own SP tanking, does not engage in discussions, then comes out with a similar deal for ORR that is very much more in their favour (non-fixed price).
What's there to cry about if it wasn't going to materialize, let alone get better?
