Yes, @sergey, in hindsight, it would have been helpful for this to presentation to come with the Deal Announcement; however, selfishly, I was able to buy another 500k last week at a very nice discount to the inferred value. Many (self-included) expected this deal to launch the SP over 10c. I was primed, ready to sell a portion of my holding after the open for a profit, recovering my initial investment for free carry to 15c-20c ++. (sound familiar?). I wasn't expecting 3c a few days later!

The market depth is slowly repairing, and people wishing to move on at these levels for many reasons are beginning to fall away, and investors will have to pay more. Perhaps we must wait for good flow rates or takeover rumours before seeing 15c. Who knows, the Market can surprise both ways.
