Who knows China, those are the same questions I have in my mind as well, but we just have to wait for that announcement, I'd rather wait until all those questions are sorted, so many things and procedures going on in the background and IXR has to nail it and have everything in place, if it does take a little longer Im fine by that! Hopefully we should know within the next 8 weels. Get on board China, you might yet be surprised, worth a punt @ 3.5 cents! You do have some great knowledge in REE sector
