Well said, there's too much value here. If it's not recognised by one it will be by another. The whole weather baloon story should show the agitation that is happening at the minute between countries. Apart from the mining, the recycling is an up and coming market on its own and still in its infancy. Where are all the spent resources going at their end of use?
