If I read it correctly Orange is worried the assets are going to be slipped off to another Charter Hall Company at less than market value - benefiting the managers and new owners, but not current share holders. If this is right, I am very much appreciating having hedge funds around to research and act on this stuff - and worry about the Australian instos who would have let it go by. You wonder what other shenanagins are lurking out there (ooops, I forgot, I also hold GMG the new proud owners of our CEOs airport).
