    re: Ann: Update on United States Asset Sale P... Reading the financial review yesterday, Orange are mainly agaist the high administration fees being charged by Charter Hall, ie leftover from MacBank management.
    I agree with that, but it also states it that after changing management it wants to sell all assets (including Australian property) and close the fund.
    Thats a quick short term gain for them, but as a long term holder this is not acceptable considering the improvement happening in Australian office rents of late.
