Now I've seen it all.
So unmarketable ... we can't even sell them!
Not out fault though.

The parcels are unmarketable due to factors that were within the company's control.

The SP is where it is due to factors within the company's control.

These clowns think that nothing's within their control and therefore they take no responsibility.
