There is NOTHING legal about sending a cheque to someone who's unmarketable shares they forgot to upadte the address for and not receive the cheque and the check expires after six months BUT whoever "bought" the shares will get to keep them WITHOUT paying for them (as the cheque was not cased).

Now, if you argue this is no fault of the "buyer" (AKA mates), then it is at the VERY LEAST IMMORAL AND UNETHICAL and this is what we have been saying about this mob ... but they are Ok, as some like minded "shareholders" come to defend them on here.

How do these people sleep?
