Why is this even such a big deal? Most HIV tests nowdays are dual Ag/Ab tests and PCRs so false positive production of HIV Abs wouldn't really cause a false positive HIV test....
Completely different to say TB BCG vaccine causing a false positive mantoux test
Oh well hopefully this falls back to 270-280 ill buy some more
