Amusing and really goes to show the futility of what Cosette is attempting. They raise TXMD as being one of the issues in regards to their adverse event claim (which Cosette already knew about) and the likely outcomes are 1. Mayne's legal action against TXMD will see the whole thing go away, ergo a non-event or 2. Cosette will pocket the $11.5 million or thereabouts in damages if they are the owner of Mayne Pharma when Mayne wins the TXMD case. Although, as I understand it, TXMD has no money so if that leads to Mayne no longer paying royalty fees to them, then again Mayne and Cosette become the winners.
