Great post that points to many of my issues. I am trying the best I can to get my head around the cash flow announcements and figure what is not in them -
The ARPU I have mentioned in another post -Q4 sales seems to have an ARPU of 11400 - and if upsales then it is great and if something else then at best unclear. I do not see proof of your interpretation of the upsellling - It could be loads of CARE packages or some payment from BA.
