The problem is they for some reason did not actually state this in FY17. I always look for things not there - it is easy to say YEAH to the things mentioned but the not mentioned is what always creates questions needed to be answered.

In this case, there certainly were grounds to ask and even I begin to sway towards the "not a problem" side here it doesn't make the BIG announcement fair.

Blunder - could be but in my world it has to be asked "why did they forget".

I have tried to explain many times why I think the "ongoing costs of services are minimal" probably is true for Q1,Q2, parts of Q3 but not Q4. Because of the growth then Q3 and Q4 also will have the most expenses going into FY18.
