There was an interesting line in that announcement which I have put in bold print which seems to indicate Rabo didn't participate in the CR and the capital came from a single new share holder.

GO Green has raised €50 million in growth capital to fuel the pan-European expansion ..(of its).. high-growth multimodal electric mobility-as-a-service platform, managing and servicing a fleet of over 30,000 e-mopeds and e-bikes across Europe............ Incumbent shareholder Rabo Corporate Investments supports the arrival of the new shareholder.

It seems like that €50m has run out and the business isn't viable without a further capital Investment.


Worth noting that the ASX deemed the announcement not to be market sensitive. A few shareholders are not so sure .

Good to see the opening order book for this quarter didn't include any orders from Green Mo so no unexpected impact there.

The balance sheet at the 30/06/22 is worth a look.

Good to see receivables plus pre payments at $25m almost balanced by payables plus unearned income at $23m.
