call me cynical that r & D rebate in and by end of Nov then all $ gone so nothing else to administer . As I said cynical. There is only 2 natural homes for this IP and current products and they both rely on existing major holders IMO. They may as well wait till all VA possibilities are off the table and then they can fund it is they have the balls and deep pockets without the burden of listed structure or with it if they believe they can get scale quickly.
