Even though the company's shares are suspended from trading they have an obligation to keep the market informed.
Not all sale/purchase transaction are conducted through the live market. Not suggesting there are any off market transaction taking place while company is suspended but in my view they are following correct procedure by releasing details of price sensitive information as and when it is available.

Remember the lengthy letter to ASX answering their numerous questions last year? Each of those questions were date stamped. I think the company has followed correct procedures in the current situation.
