Well said MM, so far your post is the only one I saw on DML thread that from a normal/ genuine trader.
ASIC should start to investigate who are on earth shorted DML after the ASX price enquiry. The DML board cheated ASX by answering no idea---the following Anns verified actually they were planning CR at 25c when SP was still 54c. Some people could got the inside news then kept dumping on the market. We noticed this happened, and will report to ASIC soon.
It's terrible if a public listed company's board not working for major shareholder's interests. Such a board can only bring more and more mess and lead the company into nowhere.
How to imagine CEO dumped all of ITS shares immediately, would like to pay 42% tax, have no faith to wait one more year fort ITS company IT leads, but later on try to reject a $1.7 bid?
