This confirms what I have been trying to say in my previous posts.

The insinuation by those with no stock (e.g. Acaca) that we went into suspension because we couldn't raise any funds is completely untrue. We are now talking no doubt to strategic investors and potential suitors.

The beauty of hedge funds getting denied is that they would have gone short when they got wind of the raising and would be looking to participate to cover their shorts. If they can no longer participate, they are going to need to buy on market when this re-opens, which is going to create plenty of demand.
