True Tony. But the point is that no one of us knows what the document that you are talking about will contain. I personally am not as confident as you are anymore. Not with the current financial situation in China anyway.
Besides, from memory we went through this very same position before whereby one suspension led into another one.
It all now depends on what the Chinese will decide to do with us IMO. Will they fork out more money, and if so, at what terms and condition they are willing to fork it out.

You can see how quickly they've decided to move WM on, and how long it took them to do so. What their next move will be, will be the interesting one.

This is the $64k dollars question.

Lets' hope that they will decide to open their cheque book up and sign up a big cheque in CDU's favour, but...........
