The electricals are all being finished so that someone will make a lot of money when the plant is all operational and up and running.
Nothing else needs to happen at present as everything is under control and going according to plan.

Well sir yes everything is going according to plan, the board have everything under control. Nothing to worry about or see here, move along. Shareholders are being well taken care of, they just need to relax and everything will work out to plan, stay calm and quiet as there are no problems, everything is going according to plan.
