unfortunately its hard to raise money at a huge valuation with no near term profitability and plenty of competitors in the space, particularly when done so close to previous raise and indeed the IPO. Seems CVT is the benchmark comparison and i note they are starting to release user stats which is a tangible sign of product adoption (paid users v's non paying i'm not sure). For IWG though, the massive escrow on the horizon could be an issue for those looking to enter the register, hence the delay perhaps ?. There seems no doubt IWG need the cash when one looks at their qtyl's and the headcount growth they are suggesting. Wishing them well though. We need more tech companies to succeed in offshore markets and it looks like they have done the hard yards on getting the product ready for market. In the end it all gets down to valuation/dilution.
