I did rise this question back then when the management decided to postpone the EGM... How is it possible that the management issue so many new shares and alter the wish of the share holders? What is the point to be a public company if the public has no say? Is there anychance for small shareholder to lunch a complain at the ASX? Hoping that they learn from it and act faster when the next rogue team comes.
