When $26m goes missing and represents a third of your market cap the top dog must take the medicine - no guilt implied but you eliminate the possibility of any possible obstructive practices or roadblocks if he does have close connections. (And that again does not imply complicity) - A Board has no choice when presented with serious breaches of unaccounted company and shareholder funds.
