Dont dispute who they are or how big they are usexpat, but my opinion is they have the most "non-user friendly" product by far, and at the end of the day that is somewhat proven by mainstream users (market share) not purchasing their product.
"they don't employ incompetent people"... Have you tried chatting with them on their support page, I beg to differ...... And that's why our family has now transitioned into an Apple free zone........
