BIPV as a category and concept is already entering the "slope of enlightenment" stage. Renewable energy and rooftop solar is in the "plateau of productivity" and is mainstream but there is still a long way to go with lots of upside. ClearVue along with other BIPV technologies, and more specifically window integrated photovoltaics (perhaps they need to coin "WIPV" as an acronym and own that!) have a ways to go but appear to be on the right path.
