I wonder why GCY did not announce the WGX non binding indicative offer when they received it on the 17. August - according to 8.2 in Bidder's statement. Not very transparent by GCY particularly they acknowledged the Rivet NBIO a week after receiving the WGC NBIO. Don't like that! IMO
