As I have previously said... if NRW see's an out here.. Im thinking that its a done deal. There will be enough retail investors to make up the 25.3% needed. Add a little icing WGX (say 40 million - which in essence is only 25 million due to the 15million cash position) and you can add 15 cents to the 1/4 offer. So 0.49 + 0.15 = 0.64 and you can have all my GCY shares and take this deal to the bank!
I also see a few of the other big holders 5-10% also being in favour of this over another dilution to be honest.
