Reject the Offer - good advice IMO.

I'm still buying bits & pieces around the current price as I had purchased bulk of my holding in mid to low $0.20's and I thought it was good value even then, in terms of future prospects. Always good to average down.

I also think it is good buying now as $0.12 will not be anywhere near enough to TO this company IMO, if they are serious a higher offer will come. Also, if the company comes into serious play, IMO AEP will not sit back quietly after such an investment of time already - I suggest they may make a counter-offer.

My preference, like most HC posts I am reading is for the AJQ / AEP deal to proceed and I will be voting for this.
