ROEROC, great post. Turns out Link like many other Aussie companies were beaten by frauds in Link’S case overseas.

Carapiet, Bhatia, Turner, Phillis, Rosmarin and MacLachlan should all take the fall. they did not do enough.

Carapiet and Bhatia came from the infamous Australian insurance sector which was heavily disgraced in the Royal Commission not too many years ago.

Carapiet, Bhatia, Turner, Rosmarin, Phillis and MacLachlan probably have nowhere else to go now so it will take some strength for the company to get rid of them.

It will be their last or “sunset” job due to their reputational damage so getting rid of them will be harder than usual.

Given the compliance and fraud prevention failings, they should be sacked or made to resign IMVHO.
