Ok, this has stirred me up, awaken the loins.. so to speak.
Is there a Mr China in PET who can offer assistance and advice on a way forward? Of course, the debtor isn’t gunna pay in full. Note to dum@ass management who may or may have a level of empathy with the Chinese nation.
Jump on a plane, go break bread, sit at a table and talk through a solution and payment plan.
No doubt P will approve a dinner or two and inexpensive wine, flights, back of plane.
And for the Lord Almighty’s sake, leave the blood sucking lawyers to their other job(s) and keep them well away from the real business world
