The notice of meeting will have an accompanying 'experts report' according to the last announcement. Notice of meeting is due September 12.
I don't personally place much weight on the 'experts' reports and analysts type research when they are commissioned by the company themselves. I'm hoping however that it includes some more information. Profitablitiy, sales numbers, forecasts etc which will provide much more insight into the company.
